Many Catholics tend to think our goal is essentially to be good and make it to heaven. In fact, our goal is to extend the kingdom of God on earth by making the world a place where Christ is known and loved, so that as many people as possible are brought with us to eternal life.

Protecting God's Children
In order to provide a safe environment for our children, all adult volunteers (18 years and older) must participate in a Protecting God's Children (PGC) Workshop, have a criminal history background check and be provided with the Volunteer Code of Conduct. Check out a listing of PGC Workshops here! If it has been more than three years since you took Protecting God's Children, you will to take a refresher course.- To take the re-certification training, log-in to your Virtus account at virtus.org If you need your log-in information, send an email to [email protected] or call 1-888-847-8870. They will send you your user name and a new password.
